Composition of the system:
ETR Oxygen Cylinder Filling System is consisted of screw air compressor, refrigerant dryer and filters, air buffer tank, Eter Psa Oxygen Generator, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen booster and cylinder filling station. It can produce oxygen with 93±3% purity and fill in cylinders. As a complete system, Eter Oxygen Cylinder Filling system can be widely used for oxygen gas station and hospitals.
Containerized Oxygen Generator system is fully pre-assembled, wired and tested at our plant, equipped with sound& heat insulation, venting system, and general switch cabinet.
Working Principles of PSA Oxygen Generator:
By taking air as the raw material and Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) as the adsorbent, because the oxygen gas and nitrogen gas with different absorb ability to passing the ZMS with a specified pressure, the PSA technology can separate the oxygen from the compressed air under the specified pressure. While nitrogen concentrates in the pore system of the ZMS, purified oxygen gas is produced as a product.
